Hai Long Junks operates a daily shuttle bus service between Hanoi and Ha Long Bay. The bus runs to the following schedule:
-    Hanoi – Ha Long Bay: depart at 8:30am at Hanoi Sales Office and arrive Ha Long Bay at 12:00 - 12:30pm
-    Ha Long Bay – Hanoi: depart at 11:30am at pier and return Hanoi at 3:00pm
Private transfers are also available. An English speaking driver or English speaking guide can be available for pick-up/drop-off at the airport or your hotel.
If you wish to take a cruise right after landing at Noi Bai International Airport, your flight must arrive no later than 9.00 am. In this case, you need to book a private transfer from Noi Bai International Airport to travel to Ha Long Bay directly.
If you have a flight out of Noi Bai International Airport after your cruise, your departure flight must be no earlier than 5.00 pm. In this case, you can book a private transfer directly from Ha Long Bay to Noi Bai International Airport. You can also take the shuttle bus service to travel from Ha Long Bay to Hanoi, then a private transfer from Hanoi to Noi Bai Airport. Early disembarkation is available upon advance request.
