We depart Saigon for Vinh Long in the morning at 8 am. After 3-hr-drive we will take a boat trip along the Mekong River and its narrow waterways, overhung with dense vegetation to see around Cai Be floating market with local people selling, buying, exchanging goods from their boats.

We will also have the opportunity to walk around to see orchards, rice paper making, and rice crisp cake producing process, etc... For lunch, the local people will serve the local delicacy - an Elephant’s-Ear fish. After that you can ride a bicycle around the village to sea local's daily activities. Continue to a bonsai garden or fruit garden, boat building workshop, coconut candy and girdle cake shop.

Return Saigon around 6 pm.
