Mr. Tran Thanh Nam |
 |
Nam is the Director of HGTravel and also the founder of DiscoverMekong.com and DiscoverHalong.com. He seems a person who was born for travel. Nam has worked in the travel industry since 1994 when he was appointed Travel Department Manager of Hoang Dieu Travel company - while still in his 2nd year at the National Economics University. He later joined HGTravel in Hanoi. Fluent in English and Vietnamese, in 2002 Nam completed an Executive MBA at the Asian Institute of Technology, Bangkok, and returned to Vietnam to turn his MBA thesis into reality. He rejoined the Hanoi office of HGTravel where he founded www.discovermekong.com. After several years of hard work, DiscoverMekong.com has become the most successful 100% Vietnamese website for travel to Vietnam and Indochina. Following on from this success, Nam founded DiscoverHalong.com. |

| Mr. Tran Trung Kien |

Kien has worked in the travel industry since 1999 and joined HGTravel in 2004. Kien is currently our Product Manager and is trained in biking, trekking and kayaking tours. Kien speaks English and Vietnamese. A graduate of Hanoi Open University, Kien is an avid adventure traveller. He has ridden down the Ho Chi Minh Trail on a Russian-built Minsk motorcycle and almost been lost while kayaking at sea at night in Halong Bay! |

| Mrs. Dinh Thi Mai Hong |

Joining HGTravel in 2005, Hong is our Online Business Manager and in charge of marketing and business development for online division. She has worked in the marketing field since her graduation from the National Economic University in 1998. In 2004 Hong completed a Master of Business course, major in Marketing at the University of Sydney, Australia. Joining HGTravel was a turning point of her professional career as she had no previous experience in tourism, but is the ideal way to combine her passion for travel and marketing. |

| Ms. Nguyen Bien Thuy (Candy Thuy) |

Thuy joined online team in 2004 as an travel consultant with discovermekong.com. She is currently in charge of discoverhalong.com as well. Prior to joining HGTravel she was a tour guide with ODC Travel for 2 years. During this time she travelled thoughout Vietnam, and one of her most favorite destination is Halong Bay. Thuy studied Tourism Business and Administration at Hanoi Open University, graduating in 2002. She speaks English and Vietnamese with great fluency. She says the greatest part of her job is "putting faces to names" - meeting clients after communicating by email for months sometimes. |

Bich has been an travel consultant for online division since early 2005. Prior joining us, Bich had worked as a tour operator and an online sales executive for Threeland Travel. Bich graduated in Tourism from Hanoi National University in 2001 and in English at Hanoi Foreign Languages University in 2003. Bich has a reputation for service that keeps people coming back. He spent a week-long trip to Halong bay as a traveller because he wants to impart to customers his true experience about this exotic destination. |

| Mrs. Pham Phuong Mai |

Mai is one of our team of enthusiastic young travel consultants. She graduated from the Tourism Faculty at Hanoi Open University in 2001, and joined HGTravel in 2004. In between she worked on sales and tour organizing for Handspan Adventure Travel. During this time she spent 15 days travelling through northeast and northwest Vietnam by motorcycle. Mai speaks English and Vietnamese. She says the favorite part of her job is when she successfully arranges or organizes tours for clients that surpass their expectations. |

Nguyen is one of the dynamic new breed of Vietnamese. Joining HGTravel in 2003 while she was studying Tourism Management at Hanoi Open University. She finished her Degree in 2005 and has worked full time as a travel consultant. Nguyen speaks English, Vietnamese and German. Although young, Nguyen has already taken care of VIP guests for the German and Brazilian Embassies! She says the satisfaction her clients show are the most rewarding part of her job. |

Mrs. Chu Hong Nhung |

Graduated from Hanoi Open University in 2002 with a Bachelor of Tourism Management, Nhung has worked in various positions (tour operator, tour guide, and travel consultant) since was the second-year student. Joined HGTravel in 2005, she takes care of travel desk in Sheraton Hanoi Hotel. With over 5-year experience, she is able to deal with customers effectively to make the most memorable trips for them. Nhung speaks Vietnamese, English and Japanese. |

| Mr. Vu Bao Nguyen |

Nguyen is reponsible for inbound operations. He has been in the travel industry since majoring in Tourism and graduating from the National Economics University in 1996. Starting as an outbound tour operator with Cho Lon Tourist, he joined HGTravel in 1998. Nguyen speaks English and Vietnamese. He is very busy with daily works, but also finds time to relax and play sport. |

| Mrs. Duong Lan Dung |

Dzung is one of our longest serving tour operators, having joined HGTravel in 1998. She is currently responsible for inbound operations. Dzung studied English at the Hanoi Foreign Language College and Tourism at the National Economic University, graduating from both in 1998. Dzung speaks English and Vietnamese. She loves travel and meeting people. |

Dat is our Ticketing Manager. Dat graduated in General Law from Hanoi University of Law in 2003, and more recently majored in Economics at the Hanoi Foreign Trade College. Responsible for ticketing operations and airline relationships, Dat speaks English and Vietnamese. He previously worked in ticketing for Australia's Qantas Airways. |

Hao joined us in 2004. Hao is responsible for online reservations and ticketing. Prior to joining HGTravel, she worked in the Hoang Gia Booking Office. Hao graduated from the Tourism Faculty of the Hanoi Open University in 2001. She is single and speaks English and Vietnamese. Hao says the best part of her job is travelling to new destinations and the independence that travel and meeting new people gives one. |
